About You:Â
You demonstrate compassion, empathy and advocacy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Current valid driver’s license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle

Internally known as Recreation and Engagement Assistant, you will work closely with the Recreation and Engagement Coordinator to plan, deliver and evaluate personalised leisure and lifestyle programs for residents. These programs include one-to-one activities, group sessions, special events and culturally tailored experiences. Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent) or Certificate III in Individual Support with demonstrated experience in the leisure and health field or relevant experience in leisure and health service delivery.

As our Regional Roving RN, you'll be primarily based in Nowra while supporting sites across Southern NSW, Sydney, Nepean and the ACT as needed. You'll enjoy regular weekly visits to our Nowra community, with additional travel opportunities supported by a generous package that includes accommodation and meal expenses covered.

Deliver clinical care in the home environment supporting clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community

Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered
Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers and authorised representatives
 Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required

Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Current valid driver’s license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
