Our Residential Care Homes
Getting an ACAT Assessment
Entry into a Residential Care Home is only possible after an Aged Care Assessment has been completed.
This assessment is done by a person appointed by the government and can take 4 – 6 weeks. The cost of an Aged Care services can vary from person to person.
Follow these steps to find out if you are eligible.

Register with My Aged Care Call 1800 200 422
or visit
https://www.myagedcare.gov.au/
They will register our details and refer you to your local Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
You will be referred for a face-to-face assessment with the The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) if your application is successful.
Assessments are done in person and at your own home. You can find out more here.
Your assessor will determine what type of government funded services you are eligible for.
The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) will send you a letter to confirm the decision.
