Anzac Day is one of Australia’s most important national occasions. On this day, 25 April each year, our entire country unites to commemorate the service men and women, past and present who have served to protect our country.
The Anzac legacy invokes values of courage, ingenuity, endurance, humour, and mateship, that are repeated in commemorative speeches, stories, and on war memorials across the country.
