Learn more about the new Veteran and Family Hub
In September 2024, RSL LifeCare, in partnership with RSL NSW, executed a $5.445 million grant from the Federal Government to develop a new hub in the Hunter region, to expand our services and support for local veterans and their families.
We want to gather your feedback and input to ensure the local veteran community is involved every step of the way.  On October 31, we held a Community Consultation with 56 members of the local veteran community to gather their feedback. We were excited to shared preliminary designs for the new Hub, and to gather your feedback. Thank you to everyone who attended, and a special thanks to the East Maitland RSL Auxiliary for their delicious catering.
The presentation that was shared is available here, and we have also summarised some key feedback which was gathered at the meeting.

Our efforts are proudly supported by funds from RSL NSW and its sub-Branches, and the services we provide would not be possible without the generous support of our donors. Â
