A Partner’s Story:

"I Understand — Because I’ve Lived it"

Savannaha Wells, Shoalhaven Veteran and Family Hub Manager, was recognised as Partner Employee of the Year at the Prime Minister’s National Veteran Employment Awards for her dedication to supporting the veteran community.

As a defence partner herself, Savannaha brings lived experience to her role - understanding firsthand the challenges of postings, deployments and rebuilding life through transition.

At RSL LifeCare, Savannaha has been able to turn that experience into meaningful impact, leading a connected team and helping veterans and their families feel understood, supported and empowered.
