  • Mr Crouch comes to RSL LifeCare with a distinguished career in corporate law, being a former partner and Chairman of Allens
  • Chairman of Corporate Travel Management Ltd and AnteoTech Ltd and a non-executive director of BlueScope Steel Ltd, all ASX listed corporations
  • Previously, Mr Crouch was a non-executive director of Westpac Banking Corporation from 2013 to 2019
  • Mr Crouch is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
  • Served as a director of Mission Australia from 1995 to 2016, including over seven years as Chairman. Served as a director of Sydney Symphony Orchestra from 2009 to 2020
  • Board member of Jawun where corporate, government and Indigenous leaders come together to share their skills and experiences to create real change

Andrew Condon CSC

Kris Hume

FAICD, MBA

  • Over 30 years in multi-national corporate, tertiary, primary, community, disability and aged care sectors including clinician as a former Registered Nurse and Midwife
  • Prior NED and current Chair, Community Engagement Committee, Metropolitan Memorial Parks
  • Member of the Governance, Nominations & Remuneration Committee and Quality, Safety & People Committee

Samantha Challinor

BBus(Accountancy), FCPA, JP, FAICD

  • Ms Challinor is an experienced Board Director with over 20 years’ experience in senior accounting, leadership and management roles
  • Ms Challinor is a non-executive director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committees of Sydney North Health Network and the Australian Consumers Association (CHOICE)
  • Former Interim CEO at Arthritis NSW, Director Corporate Services at Agency for Clinical Innovation (NSW Health), Deputy CEO at Sydney North Shore and Beaches Medicare Local, and Chief Accountant at Lexmark International (Australia)
  • Ms Challinor holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from QUT, is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
  • Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and member of the Property, Projects & Investment Committee

Dr Catherine (Cathy) Balding

MHA, PhD, FCHSM, GAICD

  • Managing Director Qualityworks P/L, providing strategic quality and clinical governance advice across sectors
  • Adjunct Professor at La Trobe University and James Cook Universities
  • Member of two Commonwealth committees overseeing the aged care governance reforms: the Sector Quality Reference Group; and the Expert Advisory Panel to inform the design of a new approach to regulating aged care

David Mann

Major General (Retired) Elizabeth (Liz) Cosson AM CSC

MA(STRATEGIC STUDIES), BSC, MAICD

  • Ms Cosson comes to RSL LifeCare with 31 years of distinguished military service in the Australian Army followed by a career in the Australian Public Service
  • The first woman in the Army’s history to be promoted to the senior rank of Major General
  • Previously held positions in the Commonwealth Departments of Health, and Home Affairs (then Immigration and Citizenship)
  • Former Secretary of the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), President of the Repatriation Commission and Chair of the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Commission
  • Member of the Property, Projects & Investment Committee and Quality, Safety & People Committee
