Care at RSL ANZAC Village is evolving—guided by the way people want to live as they age. As part of the Renewal Project, RSL LifeCare is moving beyond institutional models to create flexible, person-centred living options.

In line with the latest government aged care reforms, we’re exploring two new formats: Serviced Apartments that offer tailored support in a home-like setting, and Small Household living, where care is delivered in a warm, family-style environment.

These models are designed to close the gap between independent living and high care needs—helping residents age with the right level of support, when and how they need it. At the heart of this shift is a commitment to person-directed care and to nurturing a caring community, where residents and staff support one another in meaningful ways, everyday.

2. Cash bonus of up to $1000 (less income tax).
