Residential Care Registered Nurses lead clinical care in our residential care homes and build meaningful, ongoing relationships with residents.
Home Care: Community Registered Nurses deliver nursing care in clients’ homes, supporting independence, dignity and community connection.
Minimum 1 or more years of experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check - mandatory before commencement

Overall, it’s a mix of hands‑on care, leadership, and clinical oversight.
A Community Registered Nurse (CRN) typically spends their day travelling to clients’ homes to provide clinical care such as wound management, medication administration, health assessments, and chronic disease support. They plan and prioritise visits, document care, communicate with GPs and allied health providers, and educate clients and families to promote independence. Their role is highly autonomous, focused on holistic, person‑centred care within the client’s own environment.

A mandatory requirement for all workers in Aged Care is a valid police clearance (not more than 3 years old) or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance – some roles require both. Ideally, we would like registered nurses to also have a First Aid Certificate and CPR training, or a willingness to obtain these.
