1. Offer Overview

RSL LifeCare Limited (“RSLLC”) is offering eligible new residents Zero Recurrent Charges for 12 months (the “Offer”) in participating villages.

This Offer applies to new deposits received for homes at:

• • Chauvel Retirement Village, Goonellabah
  • Le Hamel Retirement Village, Port Macquarie
  • Tea Gardens Grange Retirement Village
  • Long Khanh Lakefront Retirement Village, Toukley

between 7 August and 30 September 2026 (inclusive).

2. Nature of the Offer

Under this Offer, RSLLC will pay the recurrent charges on behalf of the eligible resident for a period of 12 months, commencing from the settlement date (or the date specified in the Village Contract).

3. Important Clarification

This Offer relates only to recurrent charges as specified in the Village Contract. Other fees and charges remain payable, such as:

• • Personal utilities (e.g. electricity, hot water, gas)
  • Personal internet and telecommunications services
  • Optional services selected by the resident
  • Any other fees, charges or payments outlined in the Village Contract or required by law

5. Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer, the resident must:

• • Pay a new deposit within the Offer period; and
  • Enter into a Village Contract approved by RSLLC; and
  • Complete settlement within 90 days of the deposit date

The Offer is not available to:

• • Existing residents transferring within or between villages
  • Residents who have already paid a deposit prior to 7 August 2026
  • Residents who do not complete settlement within 90 days of the deposit date

6. Conditions and Right to Withdraw

RSLLC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Offer at any time including where:

• • The resident fails to comply with the terms of their residence contract
  • The deposit is withdrawn, refunded or not completed
  • Settlement does not occur within the required timeframe

8. General

• • The Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
  • No credits or refunds will be offered if the resident does not remain with RSL LifeCare for the 12 month period
  • It cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly agreed by RSLLC
