There are 2 specialist programs funded by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs that provide home care for Veterans.
Veterans with a white card or gold card can access these services.
RSL LifeCare is an approved DVA home care provider, and are pleased and proud to be able to help veterans who need help.
Veterans’ Home Care – for Veterans:
Helping veterans to maintain their independence and live at home.
Services including domestic assistance, personal care, respite care and safety-related home and garden maintenance.

Community Nursing – for Veterans
Clinically required nursing and personal services.
Services may include help with medication, wound care, hygiene and showering, dressing and palliative care.
Suitable for long-term or high-level personal care needs.
To access Community Nursing, you just need a referral from your GP or Hospital.  Your referrer can submit the form and care plan to us, and we can start to help you.
