    Your new role
    An exciting management opportunity for an experienced Health Professional/Practice Manager that is passionate and driven by the challenges and fulfilment of a Therapy Lifestyle/Medical Centre. You will be involved in developing and growing the practice by utilising your creative input, flair, leadership, and business planning. Your strong practice management and business acumen will assist in taking the practice to the next level.

    We are a growing lifestyle centre and need a self-motivated, enthusiastic manager with meticulous attention to detail to be involved through all phases of development.

    The main objective of the role is to provide overall day-to-day management, leadership and operational expertise. You will also play an integral role in the strategic planning, marketing, and future development of the business. You will be working with a team of GPs, Allied Health Professionals, Nurses and several Admin Staff.

    You will be:
    • Passionate about Aged Care and enriching the lives of our seniors
    • Be an ambassador for the Lifestyle Centre in building the image, culture, and practice core values
    • Providing quality leadership through quality management, inspiration, and motivation within the team
    • Provide overall daily supervision and leadership to the team
    • Recruitment, development and management of staff and induction of new employees
    • Ongoing monitoring, training and performance management of staff
    • Provide ongoing planning, co-ordination, monitoring and evaluation of all aspects relating to the Lifestyle Centre and implement improvements/changes where necessary
    • Implement and formulate policies and procedures within the practice (including formulating/updating of the Policy & Procedures Manual) and educate all staff in these policies and procedures
    • Ensure the delivery and standards of the organisations' processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and accommodate the future growth of the practice
    • Develop strategic plans and marketing initiatives to promote the growth and further success of the practice
    • Monitoring and maintenance of office and medical equipment
    • Participate in and implement Accreditation for the Lifestyle Centre
    You will have:
    • The ideal candidate would have previous experience as a Practice Manager or similar experience in a professional environment is essential.
    • Possession of Certificate IV and/or Diploma of Practice Management or Business Management qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential
    • You are a strong leader that provides leadership and direction to your team. You motivate, develop, and provide ongoing professional development to ensure that your team are successful as individuals and as a team
    • Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment with a role providing challenges and diversity
    • Able to work autonomously and liaise with Senior and Village Management
    • You are innovative and creative to implement marketing ideas and strategies
    • Excited and passionate about being an integral part of a company that is developing and growing
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills to be able to co-ordinate all aspects of running a business
    • A high level of communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with a variety of stakeholders
    • You enjoy being part of a dynamic and passionate team
