• Minimum of a Certificate IV Leisure and Health or Certificate III/IV in Individual Support with demonstrated experience in the leisure and health field
• Demonstrated experience in planning and facilitating meaningful leisure, recreation and lifestyle programs for individuals and groups
• Knowledge of best practice approaches within Recreational/Diversional therapy and aged care.
• Ability to undertake leisure-based assessments and care planning
• Practical understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

We are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join our Property team. This pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning, design, procurement, and delivery of development projects across our Residential Care and Retirement Living portfolio.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects, from feasibility, approvals, and procurement through to construction and handover.

Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, approval papers, and governance submissions to support project decision-making.
Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, commercial performance, and development returns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, community representatives, councils, consultants, and contractors.

About You:
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex property development or construction projects.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management.
Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.
Sound knowledge of development, construction, governance, risk management, and WHS requirements.

A bit about what you’ll be doing in your new role:

The Retirement Living Lifestyle and Activities Coordinator is responsible for arranging regular activities for residents within the village as well as larger events and excursions. The Coordinator is also responsible for the publishing of the monthly newsletter, including content creation, design, formatting and printing.
In this role you will:
Welcome new residents by handling activity enquiries and supporting their settling‑in period.
Plan, promote and deliver the monthly social program, including researching new activity ideas and community opportunities.
Coordinate regular activities such as Friday Lunches, resident outings, cinema sessions and pop‑up shops, ensuring bookings, logistics and insurance requirements are met.
Support resident groups with administrative needs and communicate reminders or updates about upcoming activities and events.
Organise transport arrangements for residents attending external activities within the local community.
Create, coordinate and distribute the monthly resident newsletter, liaising with contributors and external printers.
