We are seeking a Discharges Officer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for efficient and accurate final payment calculation of the discharged residents of our Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care Homes. The role requires Discharges Officers to investigate payments made, interpret their contract, and calculate what the discharged amount payable will be.
Who are you:
2+ Years of experience in a Discharges Function or relevant Accounts Payable or Commissions Calculations role.
Proven accounts payable or commissions calculation experience in a fast-paced role with high volume.
Proven experience with commercial accounting software and the ability to read and interpret legal contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills
Australian work rights and a willingness to submit a National Crime Check application.

Are you an experienced Administrator with a flair for desktop publishing and a passion for supporting older Australians and Veterans? We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual to join our Retirement Living team at RSL Anzac Village (‘War Vets’) in Narrabeen.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting Village Management and the Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator, helping to deliver high-quality resident communications, coordinate events, and contribute to the wellbeing of our vibrant retirement community.
Part-time: 30 hours per week – across 4 days (flexibility offered for the right candidate)
A bit about what you’ll be doing in your new role:
Providing high-level administrative support to Village Management
Creating engaging newsletters, flyers, and posters using Canva and other publishing tools
Supporting the coordination of resident activities and major events like Anzac Day and Remembrance Day
Assisting with inspections, documentation, and emergency management records
Collaborating with residents, families, and external providers
Occasionally accompanying residents on outings and trips
A bit about you:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to join our team with the Home Care business unit. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective rostering of client services across our home care network. You will play a key part in delivering personalised, integrated, and high-quality care by aligning staff skills with client needs and preferences.
This is a Permanent Fulltime position from 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday
In your new role, you will:
- Manage accurate and timely rostering of services to meet client needs and organisational standards
- Act as the first point of contact for care staff regarding rostering requirements
- Ensure compliance with aged care standards, funding requirements, WHS, and enterprise agreements
- Collaborate with clients, their support networks, and care coordinators to uphold client choice and dignity
- Monitor KPIs related to travel time, missed services, and labour hire
- Provide training and support on rostering systems and processes
- Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Our expectations are you will have:
- Experience with rostering systems and database management – we use AlayCare
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of EBAs, penalty rates, and scheduling across multiple sites
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

You demonstrate compassion, empathy and advocacy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
Ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your caseload
Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Current valid driver’s license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle
