We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practising clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting.
- Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.

- Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.

Participate in risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
Build strong and productive relationships with your team to deliver positive outcomes for residents

Ensure thorough clinical assessment, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of care delivered
Organise and conduct case conferences and maintain open communications with clients and their families, carers and authorised representatives
Effectively prioritise client needs in collaboration with other medical and health professionals as required

About You:
You demonstrate compassion, empathy and advocacy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
Ability to work efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role as well as prioritising your time effectively across your caseload
Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Current valid driver’s license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle
