This Mother’s Day, we invite you to pause, breathe, and reconnect through a gentle and nurturing yoga experience.
Whether you’re a mother, honouring a mother, or simply want to celebrate the nurturing spirit we all carry, this is a time to prioritise self-care, healing, and reflection. Take a break from the busyness of life and gift yourself — or someone you love — a morning of mindful movement, community, and calm.
🧘♀️ A Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Practice with Amy
Your facilitator for the morning is Amy from About Mindworks Yoga — a deeply experienced and compassionate practitioner who brings both professional clinical insight and heartfelt connection to her sessions.

This session is grounded in a trauma-sensitive approach, making it safe, accessible, and empowering for people from all walks of life — including those who are completely new to yoga. The focus will be on slow, intentional movement, breath awareness, and creating space to simply be.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or attending your very first class, Amy’s facilitation style is gentle, inclusive, and entirely judgment-free.
🌿 A Morning of Mindfulness & Connection
After the yoga session, we’ll share a light morning tea, giving you a chance to relax, chat, and build connections with others in a warm, supportive space.
Mother’s Day can bring up many emotions — joy, gratitude, reflection, and sometimes grief. This event honours all those feelings and holds space for compassion, resilience, and rest.
