Mental Health First Aid – Queanbeyan

Mental Health First Aid Australia provides evidence-based training courses that equip people with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to someone experiencing mental health problems.

Our training courses train participants to serve as a bridge to professional care, guiding individuals to connect a friend, family member, co-worker or someone they know to appropriate resources and support.

Course will run on Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st April at the Queanbeyan Veteran and Family Hub.
