🧘 Free Yin Yoga for Veterans & Families

The Hawkesbury Veteran and Family Hub are offering a FREE Yin Yoga session for Serving and Previously Serving ADF members and their immediate families.

Led by local instructor Danii Evans, this restorative class supports relaxation, mobility, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming environment.

🌿 What to Expect

• Gentle Yin Yoga suitable for all levels
• Slow stretches and mindful breathing
• A supportive space for veterans and families
• Personalised guidance from Danii Evans
• Free of charge

🎒 What to Bring

• Mats and blocks are provided
• Please bring a water bottle
• Optional: bring your own mat or block

⏰ Arrival Information

• Arrive 10 minutes early
• Check in at the Hub
• Set up your mat before starting
• Inform Danii instructor of any injuries or conditions

Celebrate the end of each term with a free Sound Meditation session:
