Join us for a free 2-day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course.
You’ll learn how to recognise the signs of common mental health problems. You’ll also discover how to respond in a crisis and offer initial help until professional support is available. Topics include depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, and suicide risk.
Best of all, the course is practical and easy to follow. It’s run by qualified instructors from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
By the end of the course, you’ll be an Accredited Mental Health First Aider, a valuable skill for anyone in the community.
