Learn practical skills to support someone in distress

Wesley LifeForce Suicide Awareness sessions are an introductory course aimed at increasing awareness of suicide and key supports available to support a person in distress. 

These are delivered in partnership with RSL LifeCare and are available to all members of the community. 🤝 

🧠You’ll learn: 

• Understanding of the incidence of suicide in Australia 

• Awareness of the signs that indicate a person needs support 

• Knowledge of the national and local resources available to support

📅Time: There are a range of 2-hour sessions available, at the hub or online
