    About the role:

    We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Development to join our team. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimising both front-end user interfaces and back-end data extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Your expertise will be crucial in providing actionable insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to communicate business metrics and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
    • Monitor and report on compliance adherence, processes, and procedures.
    • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to governance standards in business applications.
    • Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data quality.
    • Optimise existing Power BI reports and data models for performance and usability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful BI project delivery.

    About You:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong track record in full-stack reporting solutions.
    • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
    • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling techniques, and SQL.
    • Experience with SSIS, Microsoft Fabric Data Pipeline, or similar ETL tools.
    • Practical experience with database systems and writing efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.

    Join us as our new Regional Quality Advisor, role supporting Canberra and Far South NSW (Page, Lyneham, Kaleen, Curtin, Tura Beach and Merimbula). This position is responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all business functions to ensure a high standard of quality, care and safety.

    Some of the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Develop and lead a high performing quality focused culture
    • Lead the implementation and maintaining of RSLLC Clinical Governance Framework Quality Framework.
    • Drive the effective engagement and use of local teams with the RSL LifeCare Quality Management Systems
    • Monitor compliance with quality assurance activities, including audit schedules, and address any issues identified
    • Assist in preparing responses to external bodies, such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, within designated time frames.
    • Engage with and support National Clinical Governance focus areas, review best practice initiatives, and recommend strategies to improve care standards and effectiveness.

    About You:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as in nursing, or other health profession, quality management or related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years' Quality Management experience within the health or aged care sector
    • Able to travel interstate
    • Ability to build and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships with both internal and external groups
    • High level interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to foster effective working relationships with line managers and gain cooperation in the development and implementation of processes and/or projects.
    • Proven ability in quality management and regulatory compliance using a team building approach through mentoring, support and staff development
    • A sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and guidelines
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

    About the role:
    Due to significant growth of new RSL LifeCare clients requiring our support, we have a permanent Care Coordinator position available in our HomeCare team.

    • You will be a key team member helping to deliver a variety of services to meet our client's unique circumstances and needs ranging from entry level through to complex health needs.
    • With a large client base, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, develop and manage care plans, as well as create services and supports which are unique to individuals.
    • Administratively, you will be responsible for a range of tasks such as drafting budgets, monitoring financial transactions, actioning changes in care, undertaking general marketing, as well as working with staff to deliver exceptional services.

    Essential Criteria

    • Demonstrated experienced in HCP, CHSP, DVA, case management, assessment, care planning and service coordination
    • Current CPR Certificate
    • Solid understanding of client centred, community-based care service delivery and associated quality standards
    • Experience working with and adhering to budgets
    • Ability to liaise with and promote our services to external providers
    • Ability to create and maintain interpersonal relationships with staff
    • Current drivers' license with own fully insured vehicle
