We are seeking two new Assistant Village Managers to join our team!- 1 Full-Time Permanent Position supporting Kingsford Smith Retirement Village in North Richmond
- 1 Full Time Permanent position supporting 2 villages in close proximity - The Lakes of Cherrybrook and Rowland Retirement Village (Galston)
Working closely and collaboratively with the village manager, you will:
- Create a thriving community experience by coordinating social events, supporting resident wellbeing and helping individuals connect with meaningful activities.
- Be the heartbeat of daily Village operations, partnering with the Village Manager and providing warm, professional support at reception when needed.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, committees and stakeholders, acting as a positive ambassador for RSL LifeCare.
- Keep our standards high through accurate documentation, policy updates, compliance oversight and commitment to safety.
- Drive continuous improvement by supporting projects, refining processes and contributing to a well‑run, welcoming Village environment.
- Support key administrative functions, including correspondence, record management, meeting preparation and assisting with budgeting.
About you:
- Previous relevant experience in a customer-focused role
- Excellent people and communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to interact with residents with respect and empathy.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work under minimal supervision
- Experience building positive relationships with key stakeholders, clients, colleagues and service providers
- Resilience, strong commercial acumen and highly organised
- A good understanding of the Retirement Villages Act or willingness to learn.
- You can confidently manage administrative responsibilities.
- You possess a proficiency in Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to quickly learn other systems.
- You are self-starter, capable of working independently, thinking creatively, and demonstrating soft sales and customer service skills.

Your new role:
Due to significant growth of new RSL LifeCare clients requiring our support, we have a Care Coordinator position available in Nowra for our Home Care team.- You will be a key team member helping to deliver a variety of services to meet our client's unique circumstances and needs ranging from entry level through to complex health needs.
- With a large client base, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, develop and manage care plans, as well as create services and supports which are unique to individuals.
- Administratively, you will be responsible for a range of tasks such as drafting budgets, monitoring financial transactions, actioning changes in care, undertaking general marketing, as well as working with staff to deliver exceptional services.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experienced in home care packaging (HCP), CHSP, DVA, case management, assessment, care planning and service coordination
- Current CPR Certificate
- Solid understanding of client centred, community-based care service delivery and associated quality standards
- Experience working with and adhering to budgets
- Ability to liaise with and promote our services to external providers

About the role:
We are looking for a Manager for our Riverina Veteran and Family Hub. This is a critical leadership role and will be responsible for the overall leadership and service delivery of the Veteran and Family Hub.
As a key member within our Senior Management team, you will focus on both strategic and operational elements and ensure that the Hub provides the highest quality customer-centred care for veterans and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Excellence: Keeps veterans and their families as the focal point of all activity. Actively seeks to customers through excellent service, consultation and continual improvement. Empathetic and flexible approach to all actions.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational management of the Hub through effective supervision and support to both direct and indirect staff to meet service provision requirements, high standards of care and service, and effective workforce management.
- Team and Project Collaboration: Collaborate in working groups to meet organisational goals and produce positive results for veterans and their families.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to record management policies and protocols, especially regarding documentation and correspondence through the Hub.
About You:
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, managing performance and employee wellbeing, and delivering on accountabilities
- Minimum 3 years of consumer or service delivery experience in a management capacity
- A strong understanding of the Veteran, Family and ESO sector would be beneficial
- Ability to communicate, influence and drive programs
- Able to make decisions which balance commercial outcomes with customer experience, applying consideration to mitigate areas of risk
- Qualification in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline

About the Role:
As a Clinical Manager at RSL LifeCare, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are delivered to our residents. In this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
Oversee clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes.
Support, mentor, and develop the clinical and care teams.
Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure person-centred care.
Manage clinical resources efficiently to align with financial and operational goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with RSL LifeCare's values.

About You:
We are excited to hear from you if you have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with no restrictions.
A minimum of 5 years of postgraduate clinical experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar setting.
Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, compliance, and quality improvement processes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams.
Ability to prioritise and manage resources effectively to meet operational goals.
A passion for delivering person-centred care and improving residents' quality of life.

If you have experience in caring for elderly or vulnerable individuals in the community or group home setting and are looking for your next opportunity, we have the role for you! We are hiring for Aged Care Workers our 64 bed aged care home in Hawks Nest - Peter Sinclair Gardens.
On offer is ongoing rostered shifts throughout the week including weekends with shifts ranging from Mornings, Afternoons and Night duties.
You have the opportunity to pick up permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5 % leave loading on paid annual leave or work as a casual and take the casual loading of 25%.
What are we looking for:- A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy for the elderly in the community
- Demonstrated experience in caring for the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals in a residential/ group home setting and/or community is desirable
- Certificate III in Individual support or similar
- Australian work rights
- NDIS Workers Screening check (for NDIS homes)
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
