We are offering permanent part time contracts: 10 hours+ per week in Merimbula
As one of our Community Support Workers, you'll support our clients to stay at home for longer!
It's a varied and critical role and you will support with a range of services including:- Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Providing respite care (giving their primary carers a break)
- Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
- Following care plans to meet each person's needs
- Working as a team to provide the best support possible
To be successful in this role, our expectations are that you:
- Have a minimum of Cert III Individual Support (unfortunately we cannot consider your application if you do not have this)
- Have a caring nature - be genuinely passionate about helping people
- Have excellent communication skills - have the ability to chat, listen and engage with clients and team members
- Have the ability to work independently - comfortable using technology in your role
- Have Australian working rights & a valid Australian driver's licence
- Access to a reliable, fully insured car
- Have First Aid & CPR (or willing to get this)
- A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)

As a Quality and Training Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring excellence in care delivery across our residential facilities. In this dynamic role, you'll lead quality assurance efforts and coordinate training programs to support staff development. Responsibilities include:- Overseeing quality audits and compliance with organizational policies.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
- Supporting and delivering staff training, ensuring adherence to mandatory training requirements.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide guidance, ensuring best practice care standards.

We're looking for someone passionate about driving quality and training in aged care. You bring:- Proven experience in quality management or clinical leadership.
- A Registered Nurse with a Valid AHPRA registration and experience in quality management or aged care is preferable.
- Strategic and clinical planning skills, with an understanding of organizational behaviour.
- Expertise in change management and cultural change processes, with strong critical thinking.
- Ability to identify improvement areas and implement initiatives for better compliance and client satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to deliver impactful, persuasive messages.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills for sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborative within multidisciplinary teams.

About the role:
We are seeking an individual to join our team based in our Riverina Veteran and Family Hub based in Wagga Wagga as an Engagement & Community Officer. In this role, you will be an integral member of the team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families.
This is a varied customer facing role, responsible for a range of initiatives including Community Service liaison, events and social media management and being "the face" of the Hub. A true advocate for our client base, you will be genuinely invested in supporting current and former ADF personnel and have a kind and empathetic nature.
A bit about you:- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience in Community and/or Welfare Services
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve
- Knowledge of or experience working with Australian Defence Force personnel
- Cert IV in Community Services will be advantageous

We are looking for a Gardening and Maintenance Attendant to join our team, on a Permanent Part -Time basis looking after two of our Retirement Living Villages in Page & Kaleen. You will look after day-to-day lawn mowing, gardening and maintenance activities across our Retirement Village to ensure the building and grounds are always looking and operating at their absolute best.
Hours are:- Mondays & Fridays - Kaleen - 08:30am - 2pm
- Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays - Page - 08:30am-2pm
- 50 hours per fortnight
A bit about your new role:- Maintenance of gardens, lawns, irrigation, pools and grounds
- Respond to maintenance requests in an efficient and timely manner
- Minor building repair works to building fixtures
- Assist residents with minor maintenance works such as light globes, broken fly screens, minor lock repairs
- Setting up and taking down for special functions - such as a Village BBQ or morning teas
- Assist with safety inspections and light cleaning of community centres
- Other duties as directed by the Leader
A bit about you:
- Demonstrated experience in gardening and maintenance role in aged care/retirement living or similar setting would be desirable but not essential
- Willing to learn about aged care and the principles guiding this sector
- Ability to interact with the residents on a day-to-day basis and have a genuine interest in their wellbeing

We have roles available in both permanent full-time and part-time for the March 2026 intake. These roles require you to be available on a rotating roster including AM, PM, Nights and Weekends.
As a Graduate Nurse, you'll:- Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
- Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
- Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
- Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
