RSL LifeCare is one of the first organisations to create a new approach to care based on extensive research which shows that through a restorative approach, you can enjoy a better quality of life.

Given these great results we have introduced a new program – Get READY – Get a Restorative Exercise Approach Directed by You.

Get READY is an intensive, short term program that aims to build or regain your strength and confidence enabling you to do more for yourself. It’s a ‘can do’ approach using Get READY routinely when you choose us for your home care. We begin with an individual assessment, and develop an individual program for you over an intensive period of time.
