About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. As the AR Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate end-to-end AR processes and play a key part in contributing towards continuous improvement initiatives across the AR team.

You will:

• Ensure all Accounts Receivables are collected and processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with relevant policies.
• Ensure all customer records are continuously updated in the finance system.
• Managing supplier relations for allocated suppliers, including new supplier setup, reconciliations and supplier queries.
• Develop a super user expertise level in commercial accounting software specific to Accounts Receivable.

Who are you:

• Demonstrated end-to-end accounts receivable experience.
• Proven experience with commercial accounting software.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
• Australian work rights and a willingness to submit a National Crime Check application.
