Are you an experienced Administrator with a flair for desktop publishing and a passion for supporting older Australians and Veterans? We're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative individual to join our Retirement Living team at RSL Anzac Village ('War Vets') in Narrabeen.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be supporting Village Management and the Activities and Lifestyle Coordinator, helping to deliver high-quality resident communications, coordinate events, and contribute to the wellbeing of our vibrant retirement community.Part-time: 22 hours per week - across 4 days (flexibility offered for the right candidate)
A bit about what you'll be doing in your new role:- Providing high-level administrative support to Village Management
- Creating engaging newsletters, flyers, and posters using Canva and other publishing tools
- Supporting the coordination of resident activities and major events like Anzac Day and Remembrance Day
- Assisting with inspections, documentation, and emergency management records
- Collaborating with residents, families, and external providers
- Occasionally accompanying residents on outings and trips
A bit about you:
- A team player with a great sense of humour and a professional approach
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Canva, Publisher or similar Desktop Publishing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Compassion, patience, and empathy for older people
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

About You:
We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a practising clinician in either a hospital or Aged Care setting.
- Full AHPRA accreditation with unconditional provisions.
- Proven experience or interest in quality management, leadership, or clinical education.
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible resident experience, teamwork and standard of care.
- Your ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing funding outcomes.

If you have experience in caring for elderly or vulnerable individuals in the community or group home setting and are looking for your next opportunity, we have the role for you! We are hiring for Aged Care Workers our 64 bed aged care home in Hawks Nest - Peter Sinclair Gardens.
On offer is ongoing rostered shifts throughout the week including weekends with shifts ranging from Mornings, Afternoons and Night duties.
You have the opportunity to pick up permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5 % leave loading on paid annual leave or work as a casual and take the casual loading of 25%.
What are we looking for:- A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy for the elderly in the community
- Demonstrated experience in caring for the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals in a residential/ group home setting and/or community is desirable
- Certificate III in Individual support or similar
- Australian work rights
- NDIS Workers Screening check (for NDIS homes)
