RSL LifeCare Annual Report 2021

I am pleased to advise that the 2021 RSL LifeCare Annual Report is now available. This annual report is the first one I have overseen as Interim CEO, as I came into the role towards the end of the 2020/21 financial year.

While I was aware of the actions and activities that had come before my time, seeing everything reported in one document has bought home to me the depth of commitment we have to veterans of all ages, as well as the creativity shown by our frontline teams as they strove to keep life as safe and engaging as possible for Residential Care residents and clients during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

The report reinforces what an extraordinary year it has been for everyone at RSL LifeCare, including staff, volunteers, residents, and clients. It has been a year of challenges and one of positive transformation, as we moved ahead with introducing new tools, systems, and processes that will help us meet regulatory requirements and excel against our customers’ expectations.

Having been in the role for some months now, I am very optimistic about our future, and confident in RSL LifeCare’s capabilities to be a leader in the provision of Residential Care.
