Your new role:

Due to continued industry growth, we have a management opportunity for a proactive, dynamic and inspirational leader to join our Home Care team. In this key role you will roll up your sleeves and get involved in both the day-to-day operational business needs as well as strategic long-term planning.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and one that is constantly evolving. Overseeing the scheduling, operations and administration support functions, you will ensure an effective, efficient and scalable operation that is always focused on delivering superior service to enrich our clients lives!

You will be:

  • a leader by example who is passionate about coaching, supporting and motivating teams
  • able to connect and engage with others by establishing trust and rapport, building credibility through effective communication and collaboration
  • forward thinking with a strong client focus to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do
  • well organised with exceptional communication capability and thrive in a fast paced highly rewarding environment

You will have:

  • a demonstrated history of success with a sound working understanding of the operational aspects of home care and enjoy the challenges of achieving targets
  • experience overseeing program and operational budgets, monitoring and reporting
  • rostering and administration management experience where you have successfully supported a geographically dispersed team
  • demonstrated successful leadership of teams through your highly developed management, communication and collaboration skills
  • ‘hands on’ experience where you have successfully navigated through challenges to achieve objectives, analyse data and identify risks
  • exceptional communication capability and thrive in a fast paced highly rewarding environment
  • willing to travel across the lower to mid-north coast region to meet with the team
