We're looking for a Village Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of RSL LifeCare's Flagship facility RSL ANZAC Village in Narrabeen, on Sydney's stunning northern beaches. This role is all about enhancing the residents' experience through high-quality service, care, and community connection, while at the same time supporting the team to ensure that our legal obligations as a Village Operator are met. You will report directly to the Village Manager and be pivotal in your support of the Village management team.
In your new role, you will:- Act as one of the first points of contact for residents
- Undertake administrative duties which will include, but are not limited to, document preparation, preparing PowerPoint presentations, collecting and analyzing statistics, supporting the onboarding, and exit processes for new and vacating residents
- Liaise with residents on more complex maintenance requests
- Liaise with residents & their families to engage with support services
- Assist in the organization of village events, activities, and communications
- Manage training requirements for team members & tracking compliance
- Provide reception desk coverage as needed
- Promote a safe, clean, and professional village environment including supporting the quarterly WHS Program
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture for residents, families, and colleagues
Our expectation is that you will have:- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retirement living, hospitality, or care services
- An ability to manage and resolve conflict in a timely and sensitive manner
- The ability to support residents from varying backgrounds
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work with all levels within an organization and a range of stakeholders
- Strong administration and computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, CRM/document management systems)
- Highly organised with great time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in our senior and veteran community
- Ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player
- Flexibility to support some after-hours events or activities when needed
- Have, or be prepared to gain, an understanding of aged care & veteran services and how to access them

On offer is ongoing rostered shifts throughout the week including weekends with shifts ranging from Mornings, Afternoons and Night duties.
You have the opportunity to pick up permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5 % leave loading on paid annual leave or work as a casual and take the casual loading of 25%.
What are we looking for:- A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy for the elderly in the community
- Demonstrated experience in caring for the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals in a residential/ group home setting and/or community is desirable
- Certificate III in Individual support or similar

We are looking for a Part-time Maintenance Officer to join our maintenance team at our ANZAC Village, Narrabeen
This role will be to support and manage the team with labouring duties associated with general maintenance activities, to ensure the aged care home is always looking and operating at its very best.
Responsibilities Include- Work as part of a dynamic team to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance
- Work to established best practise and maintain homes to the highest standard
- Working in a Busy team environment with no day the same
- Working alongside contractors where relevant, ensuring all work carried out to compliance requirements
- Carrying out General maintenance and repairs; this may include patching & painting, replacing globes and all aspects of basic building maintenance
- Ensuring all paperwork, documentation and system processes are adhered to
Preferred Attributes
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, aged care preferable but not necessary
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail & excellent communication skills
- A current NSW driver's license
- Computer skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a clinical care team to deliver exceptional aged care services.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring quality compliance and resident-centred care.
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical practices and adherence to regulatory standards.
About you:
You bring a proven track record in clinical management, underpinned by a strong commitment to quality care, staff development, and continuous improvement. Your leadership experience includes mentoring multidisciplinary teams, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks, along with:
- Full Registered Nurse (AHPRA Registered), with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to identification of clinical risk monitoring, support and training.
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate, resident-centred approach.
- Aligned to our values of aiming higher, caring from the heart, act as one team.
- Self-motivated in continuous learning and professional development.
