What levels of care and support can Home Care provide?

We have a highly qualified team that can meet your service needs from entry level home and community support through to complex high need clinical care. In addition to our highly skilled and competent team, over 20 percent of Home Care employees are Qualified Nurses or Allied Health Professionals, providing you or your loved ones ‘peace of mind’ that if a higher level of care of support is ever needed, we can increase support to your changing needs.

How do I know if I am entitled to receive a government funded program?

We are here for you to help you understand all the options available to you. We also understand that negotiating the Residential Care landscape and gaining access to the right kind of services can sometimes be time consuming, confusing, even overwhelming. Am I able to change from my existing provider to Home Care?

Yes, you can change to Home Care. If you are not satisfied with your current service provider and don’t know how to change your Home Care provider, Home Care can assist you. We will be able to guide you through your options and we can provide you with a choice of Home Care services that are right for you.
