Am I able to change from my existing provider to RSL LifeCare for Home Care?

Yes, this is absolutely possible.  If you have an existing Home Care package would like to come to RSL LifeCare for your home care provider, this is absolutely your right. If you are not satisfied with your current service provider and don’t know how to change your Home Care provider, our team can assist you. We will be able to guide you through your options and we can provide you with a choice of Home Care services that are right for you.

How soon can my Home Care services commence?

We understand that sometimes there is an unexpected urgent need to organise care at short notice and we strive to meet those requirements. The best thing to do is call us and we discuss how soon can begin assisting your entry into Home Care services.

Does RSL LifeCare only service war veterans?

Our Home Care service is available to all seniors that live within the areas we service in NSW, ACT and southern Queensland.

Who will provide my services?

We have a warm and friendly team of qualified Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and Home Care employees who are dedicated to servicing your local community. Our clients tell us that the most common traits of our staff are that they ‘go the extra mile’, have a ‘can do’ attitude and bring energy, enthusiasm and compassion to every service they deliver.

What levels of care and support can RSL LifeCare Home Care provide?

We have a highly qualified team that can meet your service needs from entry level home and community support through to complex high need clinical care. In addition to our highly skilled and competent team, we have Registered Nurses and Allied Health Professionals, providing you or your loved ones ‘peace of mind’ that if a higher level of care of support is ever needed, we can increase support to your changing needs.

How do I know if I am entitled to receive a government funded program?

We are here for you to help you understand all the options available to you from My Aged Care. We also understand that negotiating the Aged Care landscape and gaining access to the right kind of services can sometimes be time consuming, confusing, even overwhelming.
