We are currently recruiting for a Fixed Term Contract (6 months) in our Talent & Acquisition team.
About the role:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner plays a vital role in recruiting and retaining top talent for RSL LifeCare (RSLLC). You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates while guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process.
By closely partnering with business leaders and the centralised rostering team, you will develop a deep understanding of each business unit's current and future resourcing needs. This collaboration will position you as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust demand planning and efficient and effective end-to-end TA processes, including a positive experience for both hiring leaders and candidates.
Our expectations are that you will be able to:- Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio stakeholders
- Identify potential candidates leveraging various strategies and channels
- Utilise recruitment systems effectively to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience, maintaining frequent communication and feedback
- Track and analyse metrics throughout the recruitment lifecycle to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, sourcing channels, and compliance processes
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, supporting business partners in understanding these requirements
A bit about you:
- Proven experience in an internal talent acquisition role, ideally within a volume hiring environment
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to build relationships and influence and collaborate effectively with candidates and hiring leaders
- Technical proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems - prior Workday experience will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of and experience of working within the Aged Care sector is advantageous

About the role:- Oversee all operational aspects of the retirement village, including maintenance, safety compliance, and service delivery
- Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a sense of community
- Manage the village budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are achieved
- Ensure the village complies with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- In consultation with the residents, plan and execute social and recreational activities that enhance their quality of life
About You:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably within aged care, hospitality, or property management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with the senior and veteran community
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to handle complex situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
- Occasional travel as required: to Villages within the region and to our office in St Leonards for meetings/training
Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management, aged care, or a related field an advantage
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

About the role:
We are seeking an individual to join our team based in our Hunter Veteran and Family Hub in a newly created position, an Engagement & Community Officer. In this role, you will be an integral member of the team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families.
Please note the Hub is temporarily based in Newcastle but will be relocating to Maitland.
This is a varied customer facing role, responsible for a range of initiatives including Event Management, Marketing & Social Media, Community Service liaison and being "the face" of the Hub. A true advocate for our client base, you will be genuinely invested in supporting current and former ADF personnel and have a kind and empathetic nature.
A bit about you:- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Event Management, Social Media & Marketing, Community and/or Welfare Services
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve
- Knowledge of or experience working with Australian Defence Force personnel
- Cert IV in Community Services an advantage

About the role:
We are seeking an individual to join our team based in our Queanbeyan Veteran and Family Hub in a newly created position, an Engagement & Community Officer. In this role, you will be an integral member of the team supporting current and former Defence personnel and their families.
This is a varied customer facing role, responsible for a range of initiatives including Event Management, Marketing & Social Media, Community Service liaison and being "the face" of the Hub. A true advocate for our client base, you will be genuinely invested in supporting current and former ADF personnel and have a kind and empathetic nature.
A bit about you:- Ability to establish and build meaningful relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Event Management, Social Media & Marketing, Community and/or Welfare Services
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve
- Knowledge of or experience working with Australian Defence Force personnel
- Cert IV in Community Services an advantage
