About You:
We are looking out for:- Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy. Our teams have a passion for what they do and the impact they make to our clients and their families.
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care
- Your ability to work independently and efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your role
- Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are beneficial but not essential. We can help you learn and develop in the role.

- Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle

As a Cleaner at RSL LifeCare's Albert Moore Gardens, you will be a vital part of creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors. Your duties will include:- Cleaning common areas of the aged care facility as per the schedule and as required
- Performing tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, cobwebbing, washroom hygiene, replenishing paper stock, and stock control
- Cleaning showers and toilets, and managing garbage bins
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
About You:
We are excited to hear from you if you have:- Experience in cleaning; aged care cleaning experience is desirable but not necessary
- The ability to follow Occupational Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe and clean environment
