Residential Care Employee Day 2020

Today is Residential Care Employee Day at RSL LifeCare, a day for us to thank every person who works in our organisation and to acknowledge their contribution to the lives of the seniors in our care. From nurses to administrators, from gardeners to chefs, from carers to drivers, from volunteers to allied health care workers, every person contributes to the quality of life of our seniors. We thank you.

Residential Care Employee Day is a great opportunity to say thank you to everyone for the great work you all do. Every day, because of you, the lives of thousands of elderly people (both residents and clients) are being enriched.

During these tough COVID-19 times, it is especially important to take the time to recognise and thank every single employee for ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our residents and clients.  We thank you!

I want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the nurses and carers, to the cooks and hospitality teams, to the gardeners and maintenance teams, to the volunteers and cleaners, to the laundry employees and lifestyle officers, to the health professionals and the office administrators, and to everyone in between.  Thank you for working in Residential Care.
