    Who are you?

    • Demonstrated success as a Business Partner working collaboratively with people leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders across the business and P&C.
    • Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry with a geographically dispersed footprint.
    • Experience in supporting a range of organisational and people change initiatives.
    • Experience in building and implementing HR policies and processes.
    • Deep knowledge across Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements to support interpretation and performance management.
