Who are you?

• Demonstrated success as a Business Partner working collaboratively with people leaders and a diverse range of stakeholders across the business and P&C.
• Significant experience working within a fast-paced industry with a geographically dispersed footprint.
• Experience in supporting a range of organisational and people change initiatives.
• Experience in building and implementing HR policies and processes.
• Deep knowledge across Australian employment legislation, including NES, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements to support interpretation and performance management.
• Strong commercial acumen to support the delivery of people and business strategies.
• Ability to build trust and strong partnerships, to be enable coaching of our people leaders and team members.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business as we continue to grow.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
