Lower your Alzheimer’s risk

Studies have shown that keeping your brain active is one of the best ways to combat Alzheimer’s disease. A quick and easy way to achieve this is by playing games which exercise your grey matter. Crosswords and Sudoku can help to keep your mind healthy for longer.

Crosswords are a great way to exercise the memory section of your brain.

Sudoku puzzles were developed by the French, and later refined by an American man in the late 19th century. The Japanese name ‘Sudoku’ only came into popular usage some years later. Doing a Sudoku puzzle will work the logic and problem-solving areas of your mind.
