Access to fee-free certified training with the JobTrainer pilot program

In collaboration with Training Services NSW through their JobTrainer program, RSL LifeCare Veteran Services are piloting access to three certification programs across business, leadership and management especially for veterans and their partners living in Sydney, Nowra and Wagga Wagga.

What are the training opportunities?

Statement of Attainment in Business which has four (4) units of competence

Statement of Attainment in Leadership and Management which has six (6) units of competence

Certificate IV in Business which has twelve (12) units of competence

BSBOPS303 Organise schedules
BSBTEC301 Design and produce business documents (Word)
BSBTEC302 Design and produce spreadsheets (Excel)
BSBTEC303 Create electronic presentations (Powerpoint)

BSBLDR411 demonstrate leadership in the workplace
BSBLDR413 lead effective workplace relationships
BSBLDR414 Lead team effectiveness
BSBPEF402 develop personal work priorities
BSBXCM401 apply communication strategies in the workplace
BSBXTW401 lead and facilitate a team

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles.
Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills.

How do I register for these training opportunities?

All you need to do is complete these 5 easy steps:

July/ August 2022

1. Send an email to Cath Allen, RSL LifeCare Veteran Services, Wellbeing Manager; [email protected] indicating which training opportunity you are interested in

2. You will then be sent more information about the course, the flexible delivery options and a short form to complete by the end of July

3. Attend a virtual information session – Thursday 4th August

4. Enrol into the course
