We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team who will lead strategic project management with an emphasis on business analysis, risk mitigation, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Align and set clear objectives and goals for the project in alignment with our strategic vision.
- Champion opportunities for business enhancement through process insights.
- Provide data to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
- Uphold best practices in Project Management to ensure deliverables meet our expectations.
- Monitor and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.
- Lead people-centric change management initiatives, prepping teams for transitions and tackling resistance.
- Engage meaningfully with stakeholders at every level and manage effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify training needs and design relevant programs to bolster transformation efforts.
Who are you:
- Qualified in Project Management or possess equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Agile Project Methodology and Lean 6 Sigma or have similar experience.
- Ability to simplify intricate scenarios into easily digestible information.
- Vast experience in Project Management across diverse industries.
- Proven capability to maintain client relationships ensuring collaborative project delivery.
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on organisational respect.
