Manager, Business Systems Support

We are seeking a Business Systems Support Manager, to manage and support RSL LifeCare’s core business applications. The role will be responsible for managing IT business systems across the organisation and will oversee service delivery, operations and security to improve efficiency and user experience. The role is a central point of coordination for build and release of software within a complex multi-vendor environment.
Who are you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 8-10 years of software-related technology experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role for Application Support or equivalent.
- Coordinating and mentoring experience with other engineers.
- Strong analysis, design, and troubleshooting skills.
- Analytical skills and conceptual thinking for operations and system planning.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with a wide variety of languages, development tools, and methods.
- Possessing an ITIL Certification and/or demonstrating an understanding of IT Service Management best practices is desirable.
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
