Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at RSL LifeCare. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in documenting current and future business processes, identifying dependencies on core business system functions, conducting comprehensive gap analysis, and translating findings into actionable solutions to optimise processes, resources, and system functionalities for RSL LifeCare.

We currently have a Permanent Full-Time & 12 Month FTC Contract Available

Responsibilities:

  • Document current and future state of business processes.
  • Identify dependencies on core business system functions.
  • Perform comprehensive gap analysis related to processes and systems.
  • Translate analysis into solution design.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop, benchmark, and deliver changes as needed.
  • Capture user requirements and manage scope.
  • Ensure solution design meets stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners or vendors as required.
  • Deliver upon defined target KPIs for areas of improvement (process, system, training).

Who are you:

  • Qualifications in project and /or process methodology.
  • Significant business analyst experience working in multi-disciplinary industries.
  • Significant experience in systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in business requirements workshops, translation into business solutions and documentation of business processes.
  • Conduct Gap analysis and system evaluation and translation into actionable next steps and configuration changes.
  • Continual attention to detail assessing ongoing processes to identify areas of potential improvement and risk.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to deliver outcomes in ambiguous situations with changing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, client relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in implementing software solutions for procurement, asset management, or scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
