Assistant in Nursing

RSL LifeCare Thomas Eccles Gardens in Yass, are looking for Aged Care Workers/Assistants in Nursing Staff/ Carers for our aged care home in Yass.
Casual and Permanent Part-time roles available.

Shift Schedule

We have Monday to Friday AM and PM shifts available, depending on your availability. Flexible roster and work environment.

• Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
• A cert III in Aged Care or willing to obtain this qualification (RSL LifeCare can support this qualification if you do not have one yet, but wish to apply)

About You

• A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience, and empathy for the elderly in the community
• Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (or willing to work towards a certification)
• Australian work rights
• NDIS Workers Screening Check or willing to obtain

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
