On offer is consistent shifts throughout the week including weekends with shifts ranging from Mornings (6.30am to 2.30pm), Afternoons (2.15pm to 9.30pm) and Night duties (9.15pm to 6.45am) – you have the opportunity to pick up shifts with night shift and Weekend penalty rates and NFP salary packaging of $15,900 to maximise take home pay

If you don’t already have a Cert III in Aged Care, we can help you get one!

As an AIN/ Care Attendant/ Aged Care Support you will be responsible for caring for our residents and ensuring their needs are met on a daily basis in a brand new 120+ bed residential Aged Care Home in Ballina

About You

• A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy with older people
• Experience in caring for the elderly in a residential aged care setting
• Australian working rights
• NDIS Workers Screening check (or willing to obtain)
• Certificate III, or willing to obtain this qualification (RSL LifeCare can support this qualification if you are willing to upskill)
• Traineeships available!
