To be successful in this role as a carer/AIN/PCW, you will have:

• A fabulous caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience, and empathy with older people
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and all members of the care team
• Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
• A cert III in Aged Care or willing to obtain this qualification (RSL LifeCare can support this qualification if you do not have one yet, but wish to apply)

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role
