Quality and Training Coordinator | Kaleen

About the Position

RSL Lifecare has an exciting position available for an enthusiastic individual who has skills in strategic and clinical planning, including an understanding of organisational behaviour. As the Permanent Part Time Quality and Training Coordinator you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and support compliance with legislation and organisational policies and procedures, including:

  • Reviewing and monitoring resident outcomes against organisational policies and procedures
  • Support training rollout from head office and Learning and Development team
  • Coordinate and manage training attendance and records
  • Work collaboratively with managers and staff with a focus on facilitating a high standard of resident satisfaction and achieving best practice outcomes
  • Managing training, support quality and auditing requirements for the home

 The Person

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Current Nurse Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and/or extensive experience in quality management/ or aged care
  • Skills in change management and cultural change processes and an ability to analyse and think critically
  • Strong ability to identify and implement areas for improvement initiatives to increase compliance levels and client satisfaction
  • The ability to plan and deliver communications that are impactful and persuasive with the intended audience
