Register to attend Mental Health First Aid, a 2-day course offered fee-free and catered to those caring for or working with current and/or former serving ADF personnel and their families.
Learn how to apply mental health first aid across a range of common mental health problems and crisis situations.
Note: This course is intended only for veterans or those caring for or working with current and/or former serving ADF personnel and their families.
