RSL LifeCare Board Governance Announcement

The Board of Directors of RSL LifeCare Limited formally announces the resignation of Ewen Crouch AM from his position as Director and Chairman, effective today.

The Board extends its gratitude to Mr Crouch for his significant contributions as Chairman, during which time he has skilfully guided the organisation. His leadership was instrumental in transforming RSL LifeCareʼs governance framework, financial sustainability and embedding strategic purpose as fundamental principles in all decision-making.

Under Mr Crouchʼs stewardship, the Board oversaw a period of significant strategic and financial success. Mr Crouchʼs unwavering dedication to RSL LifeCareʼs purpose to enrich the lives of veterans and seniors has left an indelible legacy as RSL LifeCare embarks on a new chapter of leadership and growth.

The Board will ensure a seamless leadership transition and has appointed Sangeeta Venkatesan as interim Chair of the RSL LifeCare Board.

The service and care of veterans and seniors will continue to be the driving force behind every decision.
