Aged Care Employee Day at RSL LifeCare is a day for us to thank every person who works in our organisation and to acknowledge their contribution to the lives of the seniors in our care. From nurses to administrators, from gardeners to chefs, from carers to drivers, from volunteers to allied health care workers, every person contributes to the quality of life of our seniors.
Not only does working in aged care include a wide range of jobs, it attracts a diverse group of people – all with their own story and their own reasons why they love their work.
