    About the role:

    Join us as our new Clinical Care Manager role provides clinical leadership and is responsible for leading all aspects of the Clinical and Care practice, including delivery of high-quality care to the community and oversight of collaborative care planning in partnership with residents and their representatives. The Clinical Care Manager is accountable for the supervision of nursing and care teams, and local management of the clinical governance framework and is also a key role in the quality improvement cycle for the facility.

    Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Clinical Care Manager will be responsible for:

    • Driving a positive internal culture amongst the team of Nurses and Care Staff
    • Ensuring Clinical and Care team members work to embed quality care and clinical governance systems and processes, aligned to the LifeCare Way
    • Supporting the Facility Manager to ensure Clinical and Care labour cost-management initiatives are fully adopted within the facility, and costs are aligned with income streams (e.g. AN-ACC)
    • Developing care plans, including establishing optimal, quality lifestyle goals and compliance with the Aged Care Standards
    • Lead engagement with key clinical stakeholders including resident families, suppliers and referring clinicians

    About You:

    For this appointment, we are seeking an experienced leader with a track record in developing and leading clinical services. In addition, the successful candidate will have;

    • Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse with no current conditions placed upon registration
    • Minimum 5 years' postgraduate clinical experience within health care, aged care, or another relevant environment
    • Experience in motivating teams, managing performance, and delivering on accountabilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role. Clearances must be verified before commencing employment with RSL LifeCare

    We are seeking a Veteran Family and Hub Service Navigator to join us at our Riverina Hub. You will be the first point of contact for the hub and provide exceptional service and administrative support to all veterans and their families.

    You will also:

    • Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.
    • Be the primary point of contact between clients and the organisation, you will demonstrate your expertise in client service and administration by managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients with professionalism and efficiency.

    We're seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing technical and administrative support for our learning management systems (ELMO) and assisting the Learning and Development team.

    You will:
    • Oversee the installation of all system updates, upgrades and integrations with other systems including HRIS Workday.
    • Provide reporting on course enrolments and completions monthly and as needed.
    • Support the L&OD team in the development of content for the LMS and learning resources in general.

About the role:

Our business has an established successful cultural identity, and we are currently looking for our next full time Team Leader. This opportunity is within our Home Care team supporting our clients in the towns of Mudgee and Kandos and the city of Dubbo.

As the Team Leader and a valued member of our well-respected RSL LifeCare Home Care team, you will manage and support a group of Home Care Support Workers within the Community Care service. You will also spend a small portion of your time 'hands on' in service provisioning for your catchment areas (when there are staff shortages). Services will include personal care, social support and respite care.

About You:

We are excited to hear from you about this role! We are looking out for:

  • An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and guidelines, food safety, manual handling, safe chemical use, infection control practices, person centred and relationship-based care principles
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy with strong administrative skills and comfortable conducting training and education and leading staff meetings.
  • Experience working in the community aged care sector that includes
  • assisting with medication administration and supporting clients as per the clients care plan.
  • Qualifications in individual support or related work experience are essential
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle
