About this opportunity:
Our Talent Acquisition Partners play a vital role in recruiting and retaining top talent for RSL LifeCare (RSLLC). Specifically, this role will be responsible for pro-active sourcing, attracting, and assessing candidates while guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process for the following roles: Facility Managers, Home Care Area Managers, Village Managers and Clinical Care Managers, and as capacity allows, support the recruitment of other roles within our operations business units.
Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Our expectations are that you will be able to:
- Demonstrate your knowledge of this sector by your background in recruiting (agency, internal or RPO) in the Aged Care/Healthcare/Social Care sectors -a huge plus if you already have a sound network of contacts in this sector
- Build and maintain strong, professional and supportive relationships with your portfolio stakeholders
- Identify potential candidates leveraging various strategies and channels including pro-active sourcing via a range of platforms including industry networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelining
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, supporting business partners in understanding these requirements
About you:
- You're an experienced recruitment professional with a passion for securing top talent and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience, ideally with 5 years+ experience
- Ideally, you'll have exposure to the Aged Care or healthcare sector; however, strong commercial acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills are key to success in this role
- You're confident partnering with hiring leaders as a trusted talent advisor, proactive in your sourcing approach, and skilled at building and nurturing talent pools
- You're driven by enabling business success through strategic recruitment
- Tech-savvy (Workday experience is a bonus)
- Adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguity, you're also an excellent communicator-both written and verbal
- You're a true team player who's willing to go beyond your own portfolio to support broader recruitment delivery and contribute to ad hoc projects when required
