As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, in hiring people who will enrich veterans and seniors’ lives. The focus you bring to this role, will allow us to hire the right people fast, who reflect our values and passion for caring.

You will play a crucial role in providing invaluable internal recruitment support to our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. In this position, you will be at the forefront of the candidate selection process, overseeing essential tasks such as screening, shortlisting, and conducting interviews. With strong attention to detail, you will ensure the seamless compilation and collection of necessary documents, while upholding our commitment to quality and compliance.

We are not looking for a prescriptive list of requirements, however, you will need a few things to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrable experience of operating as an end-to-end Talent Specialist, ideally in a similar industry or organisation
- Ability and agility to work in a dynamic, and fast paced hiring landscape.
- A natural flair for building exceptional relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working with Workday, or similar HRIS or ATS, would be desirable but not essential.
- Australian work rights and a willingness to submit a National Crime Check application.
