Senior Administration Assistant
Your new role
As a valued member of the well-respected RSL LifeCare team, you will be providing administration services to our Albert Moore Gardens Facility in Merimbula .
The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation.
- Experience with rostering / scheduling
- Highly organised and ability to manage time effectively
- Managing a Reception area including high volume calls
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel etc
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Demonstrate and appreciation and acceptance of different backgrounds and beliefs
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, relatives and all members of the care team
