Senior Administration Assistant

Your new role
As a valued member of the well-respected RSL LifeCare team, you will be providing administration services to our Albert Moore Gardens Facility in Merimbula .

The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience as an Administration Officer in Aged Care or a similar Health related organisation.
  • Experience with rostering / scheduling
  • Highly organised and ability to manage time effectively
  • Managing a Reception area including high volume calls
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel etc
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrate and appreciation and acceptance of different backgrounds and beliefs
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, relatives and all members of the care team
